FYI. There are lots of funds available to help with any brownfields work you might need done: Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Hazardous Building Materials Assessments, preparation of Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup
Alternatives/Corrective Action Plans.
In addition to State resources (SEE MESSAGE BELOW) the CCRPC has received and is managing two EPA grants and can provide such funding support as well if consistent with our guidelines. We have 6 highly qualified Environmental Engineering
firms and 2 Historic Preservation/Archeology firms pre-qualified and ready to help.

Hi! This is to let you all know that the VTDEC Brownfields Program has funding available to assist with the assessment and redevelopment of brownfields in Vermont. The available funding can be used to conduct Phase I Site Assessments,
Phase II Site Investigations, Corrective Action Planning and Implementation.
