All,

 

I am seeking recommendations of contractors / professionals. (We typically don’t get involved in the fit-up stage of a space, but this small client of ours is from out-of-state and needs some local folks for a new bar in Chittenden County. This is a really small project, ~5,000SF.)

 

Carpenter for: wood stage (sitting stop smooth, flat floor), bar framing and top, fun/rustic table tops, entry way (needs to be creative), trim.

 

Also needed: electrician, plumber, and flooring.

 

Client can expand more clearly – just looking for names of trusted vendors. Anyone have some recommendations?
