... and wondering if there's a Mongoose (1e or 2e) career for a private
detective/private investigator. I can't lay my hands on any of the extant
material easily at the moment, but my recollection is that while AGENT may
have been the intended career, it wasn't really a good fit, and needed some
hacking to fix.

Is my recollection accurate? Have any of the third-party publishers done a
(setting-generic) PD/PI for any of CE, RTT1, or RTT2? Or do I have another
article in my TBW pile?
