Well, at this point it's turned into a small world guide and a campaign seed. So now, it's civil war brought on by the death of a semi-incompetent king that had no heirs, a noble class originating from colonial administrators that's defined by personal loyalty fighting over who get's to be heir, and two insurgencies - one fighting to remove the oligarchy and expand the democratic legislative councils to a full government, the other fighting to remove all democracy, all on a size 6 planet that holds 229 million people at TL6. And in the middle of this, the characters are trying to make sure the doctors they're bringing in don't die.
