I have a link to it in the Computer Connection (https://www.freelancetraveller.com/infocenter/swlist/winprogs.html); a quick test shows that the link is still "live" and points to http://mypbem.com/Vassilakos/gal24c.zip - but there _may_ be a later minor revision (2.4d); I'll have to go digging.
