Tim was asking, in a fancier way, what the monthly mortgage payment
would be after the effect of your changes, which you've already included.
It looks like the mortgage works out to ~KCr97/month or thereabouts.
Alex (who is not, nor has ever been, an accountant - but that didn't
stop one auditor-general mistaking him for one)
