Thanks everyone who had input.

I'm going to make them a Imperial scout/spy/survey team who mission was to
investigate a newly discovered TL 9/10 planet of (news to them) psionic
human variant.

Using elements of the 'Rock' from one of the old LBB adventures.

Going to have a short stay in the mental asylum, allow them to figure out
a convenient escape using their advanced technical knowledge.  Once they
get their background back a bit, that is.

Figuring out where they are and where to find their stealth ship they used
to enter atmo and land originally.

Take off and fight off a couple groups of fighters and rendezvous with
their ship/Rock and them find out its not jump capable and travel to the
jump ship way out in the outer belt.

Hopefully the scout service is happy with their actions.

Can wait to hand their character sheets with just the 6 stats on it.
Thinking 4 and leave off EDU and SS for now.  :)
