Just to toss this into the mix, I happen to know that TL 7 diesel locomotives also can and have been used to jump-start fixed installations during/after disaster scenarios ... which makes sense when you consider that such a beast is basically a diesel-fueled generator mounted on (electrically-driven) wheels. -- --------------- Kelly St. Clair xxxxxx@efn.org
