That table someone else linked to reflects the listings in the GT Sword
Worlds, and I think the ranks and such were Hans' R-M's work. In that a
Kapitensleutnant was Rank 4 because Ranks 1-2 were for NCOs and Rank 3
was for all the officer cadets and such (because of the way Rank works
in GURPS).
