My MMT (or T4) books are handy, so let's take a quick look.

Not so many weapons in EA but in CSC there is the Thud Gun-11.
However, I don't think this is what you're after as it's a "ranged
impact weapon" firing non-lethal rounds for maximum energy transfer
and minimal penetration.  Dye may be added to track escaped trouble
makers. p.75 (there's also a Thud Gun-8, p.53)
