I've playing with a pidgeon of the T5 importance rules in system
generation in my CT system generator. Doing this I'm getting the
following distribution of system importance values:
gs_test=# select importance, count(star_system_id) as systems from star_system group by importance order by importance asc;
importance | systems
------------+---------
-3 | 97
-2 | 98
-1 | 72
0 | 85
1 | 187
2 | 68
3 | 26
4 | 11
5 | 4
(9 rows)
I've checked my math and the generated importance scores are correct
according the the pidgeon of the rules that I'm using. There would be
more if I could classify worlds as Pre-Agricultural or Pre-Industrial)
How much does this differ from the cannon distribution in T5?
