Yup.
Ore mined on the Moon, packed into buckets and shot into a transfer
orbit by a nice long mass-driver (just the ore, not the bucket, which is
retained by the launch loop); intercepted by a "catcher" which is mostly
a big Kevlar sack with a loose grid of cables over the mouth to break up
the incoming mass; and then they smelt the ore (using the abundant solar
energy directly, funneling it with mirrors and lenses) and fab it into
components, on-site.
