If you are building to CT/MT rules, I'd say the ships will tend to get
smaller. 1 - 10 ktons will be a sweet spot; large enough to not suffer
automatic critical hits from turret weapons, small enough that 100% of
weapons are bearing. Without spinal weapons, I don't see an incentive
to going big.
