Of course. You plot an exit trajectory that most closely matches the
planet's trajectory. Most likely it is a geodesic very similar to
that which the planet itself follows, and so time variability would
contribute almost nothing to positioning error.
Pretty much any other reasonable model runs afoul of canonical
information.
