If the original 'problem' had anything to do with IP, then the chances of inclusion are undoubtedly slim to nonexistent.

 one (at least) that was removed a little after
 publication.  I assumed there was some problem with it for
 copyright reasons or some such.
 The only way to collect everything was to save
 it on publication.  Not much help I realize.
 But It sounds as if Joshua has heard good news
 that might help.   I wonder if that will include the
 'missing' one(s)?
