I was reading the last few Terry Pratchett books, and it really showed that he had issues with his Alzheimers. Some of his bad writing quirks just got worse the longer it went on. Although in that case his last two novels all of a sudden pulled together and the last one was quite amazing. Although it felt very much like he was sending off the Discworld.
