Well, my secret base doesn't have them.
I rely mostly on people not knowing I have a secret base on the planet...

Crap, well, so much for that.

More seriously, though, if I came into an uninhabited system to skim
for fuel, and noticed no cities, no people, but a fully deployed
sensor array and killersats, I might mention it at the next IISS base
when I checked in, or mention it to the next IN ship I ran across.

All hypothetical, of course, because I really don't have a secret base on Earth.
I mean, really, no point, right?
Only someone with some kind of clever long term plan would have a secret base...
