IIRC, no.  You had 90 days from staking a claim to make  a  post.
You have to stat out the world and/or system in as much detail as
possible and that's all.  I think a couple of people just  did  a
dump from Heaven & Earth  but  I  think  that  misses  the  point
(though there's nothing wrong with using that to start from).
