He said to press the ctrl key (he spelled it out). I said I don't have one. We went around that bush a few times. Then he tried to have me press the "windows" key. Again, I don't have one. He changed tack and asked if I was on the internet. Yes. Which browser are you using? IE, Firefox, or Chrome? "No" (Safari…). He decided to buck me up to a supervisor. We went around the mulberry bush a few more times when I grew weary of it. I noted that I spotted the scam when I answered the phone, for which I got called "You bastard". My response was "I made you say 'Fuck You' first. I win".
