... forgotten to update the links _last_ month, I made sure that it was
on the to-do list for this month. And verified it after I'd uploaded.

As far as the server failing to resolve: I've posted a fairly long
message about that; do check your DNS and see if Google is involved -
that seems to be where the problem is.

While you cannot access the site via IP, the server IP is 216.201.91.52;
if you can't ping or traceroute to that IP, you have other issues than
just DNS (probably routing issues). If you get a ping response or a
successful traceroute, you're probably experiencing Google DNS issues.
