You made the comment that you were trying to sell the USMC on some idea of yours. What are your credentials...in other words, why should they give a fig about what you have to say? Do you have any experience? Do you have applicable degrees? How about peer reviewed papers and/or books? Bottom line, if I was the USMC and had a position open, "New Doctrine and Acquisition Adviser", what would be *your* qualifications to be hired? Over the past week you've made some pretty definitive statements that are questionable based on what I've been told by people who have actually been involved with the weapons systems, been in the battles, and generally lived the life you seem to be an expert on. Anyone can pontificate, and sometimes they may even uncover a rare gem of wisdom, but frankly, over the past week or so you've come across as someone with a closed mind and who thinks they know it all and *everyone else* is wrong. So now, I'm asking you to put forth some credentials, call it your CV, to show that you have more credibility than anyone else on this list. -- Kurt Feltenberger kurt@thepaw.org/kfeltenberger@yahoo.com “Before today, I was scared to live, after today, I'm scared I'm not living enough." - Me
