I think you've used some incompletely-defined terms here:

 * "Dangerous" in what sense?
 * To whom, or to what?
 * What is "military hardware", as opposed to "military not-hardware" or
   "not-military hardware" or "not-military not-hardware"?
 * Does "during Blitzkrieg" include planning and preparation for it, or
   just the actual attacks?

Without mutually-acceptable definitions of those terms (even if the
mutually-acceptable definition is 'wrong'), regardless of the answer, it
becomes possible to play semantic games and "make" the respondent
"wrong" - with the usual overtones of schoolyard taunting implied.

Define your terms, or withdraw the question.
