As of now, it is reported to be back up, but in a "limited read-only mode",
which appears to mean that if you get a "no saved versions of this URL",
you won't be able to tell it to "scan now and save it".

Attempting to access the TML archives, however, appears to be slow (though
it does eventually return data), so you'll probably need to have patience.
