The *story* title is _The Mercy of Humans_, I've read past the first
chapter ("The Golden Rule") and am into the fifth ("The Prime Minister's
Orders"), and it's going to go into my Calibre library and onto my tablet.
It's also likely to get a review in Freelance Traveller.
