Mine was, for the longest time about:blank. Since I started using a
browser that remembered what tabs were open, I have it set to re-open
all the tabs that it had when it was closed.

My phone's browser thinks it's cute to present me with it's default
starting page, sometimes even when it hasn't been turned off (it still
has the old tabs there, it just puts what it thinks I should be doing in
front).
