Curiously, I've been thinking about writing up an article about food IMTU, with some technical and sociological details. While you're all waiting for that, here's a menu I worked up for a very fancy luncheon hosted by <a very rich organization> in honour of <a highly respected organization>, held at <the fanciest hotel on a wealthy planet>. Think of this as the single-sheet printed menu which is set out at each place at the tables. I stripped most of the fancy formatting.

As food items, some of these are obvious, some I have absolutely no idea, and there's at least one joke buried in there. FWIW I think of planimax as a whitefish but I no longer recall why.
