Start with the 1st whole paragraph on page 43. Its about mid way
through the discussion of Black Globes in the Combat section.
Specifically about being able to jump with full capacitors and
appropriate fuel load. Then Go hog-wild with the implications from
there.
It requires a little bit of creative interpretation from that starting
point, but this is Traveller, it's not like someone is going to come
and take your CT Books away for not playing the game the same way they
do....
