It was Merkel's personal bias against nuke power that has shut down the plants in germany.

I used to watch DW-TV & the commentators mentioned it more than once.

Besides, it's well established that DSANH's have little to no effect on anything.

It's the mainstream Left that loves to dictate to us peons/serfs/whatever who they believe need their 'guidance' so much.
