And here's a PS wrt that;

At the time I used to watch the english-lang version of one of the major Japanese news networks on PBS.
(I even became a casual fan of sumo wrestling!)
In one segment I swear it was mentioned that there was a 'final' backup natural-circulation cooling system that was deigned to be activated if the circulation pumps failed.
But, apparently, somewhere along the line, training had lapsed (Heck, we'll *never* need that!) so no one present knew how to activate/initiate it.
I had it on my DVR & I even played it over a few times but I still wonder if I heard it right cuz' it was never, ever mentioned again.
