Keep in mind, there's another (hidden)
requirement in the bid spec:

Shouldn't that be "up to 8 adventuring PCs,"
since most of the CT

featured that many pre-generated PCs?

I suppose that's one way of looking at it,
but given my practical
experience across
multiple games, my reply would be "your funeral."

I always thought that those CT LBB adventures were just suggestions.
I don't think I've ever been involved in anything w/ EIGHT real PC's.
What usually happened was that we would all (2-4 PC's) use our 'regular' characters & add some of the pregens as NPC's if we thought they were needed.
Such as a retired Merchant Capt w/ a ship, if a ship was needed.
