If the service staff include all the nonresidential employees and such (who may well commute to work from their orbiting hovels elsewhere) this is a reasonable number. Also the people living here are Downton Abbey types, isn’t staff for them something like 5 or 10:1 staff:resident? :-) Otherwise what they heck are they all doing all day every day? That’s one service person for every 3 or 4 residents. Seems awfully high!
