For sure. Also, as the Darrians allied with the Imperium and the Sword
Worlds have long-standing issues with them, the Sword-Worlders really
had no choice but to ally with the Zhodani, as had been the case in
previous wars. Of course the Darrians allied with the Imperium because
the Sword-Worlders were a problem.
