As the theme for TravellerCON/USA 2022 has been decided to be "Psionics", I
feel that it would be appropriate for the September/October issue of
Freelance Traveller to match that theme (even though we've already had a
"Psionics" theme issue in August 2014). Therefore, I'm asking for people to
think about articles - for any section - that center on psionics, and
submit accordingly.

The desire now for Psionics articles doesn't preclude the need and desire
for articles on any and all Traveller topics; if psionics are Not Your
Thing, but you feel the urge to set pen to paper (or the electronic
equivalent), do please be aware that I Will Accept Those Articles With An
Eye To Publication, Too.
