 Appropriately large sized video screen, with feed from any of several
roof cameras for a local view, or remote views.

If they run a training course locally, views of the training course
might also be part of the rotation.

Still get the excellent view, less intel risk.

Put it on the wall he faces, so he can look up and get an overview
from time to time.

Plus, the boss is always watching....
