A Question of Translation

I'm translating an article from Vuelo Raso N.4 for the May/June issue of
Freelance Traveller. One of the rank benefits for the career translates as
"Suits 1", which (due to the nature of the career in question) suggests
that the "correct" translation should be "Uniform" of the appropriate type
for the subcareer. However, the "1" suggests that it might instead be a
skill. Can anyone think of a relevant skill that might be (mis)translated
as "suits" or "uniforms" from the Spanish "trajes"? Or should I just assume
that the benefit is, in fact, a uniform?
