In the Mongoose 1st Ed Vargr book "Nakagun" "Akumgeda" and "Roth
Thokken" subspecies are given as psionic.  The Roth Thokken are blind
but have stronger psionic powers.

Nakagun: Notable Psionic Strength (+2), Weak Strength (–2), Weak
Endurance (–1), Psionic

Roth Thokken: Notable Psionic Strength (+4), Weak Strength (–2), Weak
Endurance (–1), Blind, Psionic

Akumgeda: Notable Psionic Strength (+1), Weak Strength (–1), Weak
Endurance (–1), Psionic
