How large is the the overall site including PDFs? Github provides a free account that allows for hosting a static website (which Freelance Traveller effectively is). If the entire site is under 2GB, then another option would be to set up Freelance Traveller there and just upload the files. That would likely also get around the bandwidth issues. You’d also effectively get version control for free.
