This just makes me really glad that I'm a stagehand. "Hey Cian, you took on a lot of responsibilities this last season, here's a raise", but we're a much more casual industry that's focused on the deadline and not the bottom line. Harder to fire and replace somebody when they got four tech skills that need to be trained and performed under pressure, just because they got sick. Just keep them onhand to help train the newbies.
