Thank you for advising me that the complete Paranoia Press can be purchased on the from FFE Apocrypha II CD_ROM or individually from DriveThru RPG as PDF. The line I was speaking about is on Noble Knight Games which is for some reason is declining credit cards. I have sent an email to customer support about the situation.
