 From what some others have said on the subject, and my own
understanding, the practical answer to your question is "not here."
Here, the company rules, and if you don't like it, better start figuring
out how to live without food, water, and in many cases, air.

(But the 3I doesn't allow /slavery/, oh no; so they don't /call/ it
that.  You're free to leave, if you can afford to... the flipside of
that being, if you could, you wouldn't be there.)
