Again, "major" and "minor" should be _descriptive_, not _prescriptive_. And should probably have more to do with traffic than services - so that if Arendia manages to upgrade its port to providing all of the services that a B port does, but doesn't thereby attract more traffic, it's still a "minor" port, probably maintaining a C rating under Gurpsian classification, even though they might be able to handle providing any service that one might find at a major port like the B port at Drasnia. ®Traveller is a registered trademark of Far Future Enterprises, 1977-2020.
