Thus my question earlier about how prevalent, legal, and/or regulated
belt mining is in the Ziru Sirka - one option I'm looking at for the
Boatload of Lunatics to hide in plain sight is to front up as a mining
support ship.  The disguise works much better (not to mention dodges
pointed questions with very loud punctuation from the naval base they're
casing) if there's actually belt miners that need supporting.

Even if belt mining is legit(-ish), how their stunt Upsets The Sleep of
Important People is a different kettle of fish.
