Hi Rupert,

I seem to recall there was mention of a Vilani fleet jumping into Terran space. During the battle the Vilani lost some ships after pretty much kicking out the snot out of the local forces and they jumped out before the more advanced units at Barnard's Star got back. The Terrans looked over the hulks which helped crack the J2 barrier. In CT Alien Module 6 sometime between the 8th and 9th Interstellar War Terrans broke the J3 barrier.
