I don't, but only because (a) the LBB generator only generates pixel
graphics at a fixed size, and (b) most word processors and page-layout
programs have tools sufficient unto the task if you have appropriate
font(s) on your system, and graphics programs like CorelDRAW! can generate
scalable vector graphics. Admittedly, they're not as _easy_ as the LBB
Cover Generator, which only asks for text and colors - but there's always a
trade-off...
