Here's a different world; I'd like your help with something in it:

Kottabhumi is a garden world, a near twin to Earth. Its axial tilt,
however, is less, meaning that (a) seasonal weather changes aren't as
extreme, and (b) weather is more uniform over a greater percentage of the
surface.

One of the side effects of that is that airships - blimps, zeppelins,
dirigibles, etc. - are a reasonable choice for long-distance travel when
time is not necessarily of the essence.

So... Given that the tech level on Kottabhumi doesn't quite admit gravitic
technology, but that the world is pretty solidly TL8-verging-on-TL9, what
sort of airships do they have? Designs and writeups would be appreciated;
the interesting ones go into future issues of Freelance Traveller...
