In the fiction I'm writing, one of the factions has come up with a sort
of "super missile"; it is a bus vehicle that carries multiple large ICBM
sized multiple warhead antiship missiles, with each submunition
deployment being accompanied by decoys.  For example, it releases ten of
the primary ASMs, it also releases ten decoys for each mimicking their
performance.  When each ASM releases its submunitions (the actual
warheads), again, ten decoys are released per live warhead.

Is there any way in Traveller to model this?  Missiles have been part
and parcel of space combat since the game was released, but they've
always been sort of "Sidewinder/Sparrow/AMRAAM" sized missiles and never
anything of any substance.  Note:  I haven't read MGT or GT (well, not
since Bush's first term), so if its been covered there, please let me know.
