That requires either:

1) A 300 DTon hull (once the tanks are dropped) with 180 DTons of fuel
(including that in the tanks), and size M jump drives and power plant
which take up 102 DTons between them, and thus leaves little space for
anything else.

or

2) A 200 DTon hull (without tanks), 120 DTons of jump fuel, and drive
and power plants of size 'F', so the 'H' drives required for J4, etc.,
in a 400 DTon hull are technically illegal in this build. It also wastes
a whole lot of volume on the tanks.

It's no wonder the Gazelle of Supplements 7 & 9 is given M4 J4 at 400
DTons, and M5 J5/2 at 300 DTons.
