Yes, TNE FF&S Book III Weaponry Chapter 10 page 151 has a section on Space Missile Launchers and how to handle mechanical reloading systems cutting the normal one hour reload time to five or 10 minutes. Each tube requires a reloading mechanism.

I built a TNE 50 tube launcher system modified to MT systems for the TNE laser communicator and active sensor. In TNE there is an option for a master fire director which is a system I can not seem to find in MT.
