Here are tidbits from the book:
Standard residential ceiling height is 2,440 mm.
Male Height: 1,905mm, 1,775mm, and 1,640mm including shoes
Female Height: 1,790mm, 1,665mm, and 1,540mm including shoes
15 year old youth combined sex data Height: 1,800mm,1,675mm and 1,545mm including shoes
