The main obstacle here is the Mongoose restriction; without giving them a
bag of money and a business plan which gets them - and Marc - a cut, I
can't support Mongoose Traveller and realize any income from the material.

I'm not willing to drop Mongoose support, and even if I were, I think that
it would be arguably problematical to support Cepheus and the CT/MT/T4
setting together, as that'd essentially be Mongoose. And at one point, I
made some inquiries, and I don't even think I could accept unsolicited
donations without running afoul of the Mongoose fanac policy.
